Global Affiliate Zone: Just Another Internet Marketing Scam? [Review]

gaz“Get rich off the Internet” is so 2000.

But apparently, it’s still working, because Global Affiliate Zone is working it. Hard.

Global Affiliate Zone is a network marketing company that offers coaching and training to help members learn how to make money online.

The Internet is like the final frontier, and everyone’s trying to get in on the gold rush (hint: Wealthy Affiliate).

There’s a lot of money floating around up for grabs, but also a lot of people trying to get a piece of it. With such high competition and the technical barriers involved with making money online, only a lucky few really get a slice of the pie.

Especially if the company promising to teach them how isn’t being completely honest.

FAQ

1. What does Global Affiliate Zone sell? Global Affiliate Zone (GAZ) sells training and education about how to make money as an affiliate marketer.

2. What are GAZ’s most popular products? The GAZ PRO Community ($99/month) is their only product. In this membership, you get access to private automated sales funnels, including done-for-you marketing materials, custom capture pages, dynamic follow-up emails, and live sales presentations — so you can build your affiliate income fast.

3. How much does it cost to join GAZ? You must be a GAZ PRO member to be able to sell memberships. Membership is $99 per month. Each time you sell a membership, you’ll earn a 30% commission, or $29.70 per month for as long as the customer stays active.

4. Is GAZ a scam? GAZ is a legitimate business offering training to its members — but beware. This setup is a little shady.

GAZ calls themselves affiliate marketing trainers. But their training helps you sell their memberships, not other affiliate products. Since you have to be an active member to earn your commission, you’ll need to sell 4 memberships every month just to break even.

But it gets shadier: What they don’t tell you up-front is that all the done-for-you funnels inside GAZ point to a water filter MLM called Enagic. If you want to sell water filters, you don’t need GAZ. Join Enagic and do your own marketing. Otherwise, you’ll be dividing your energies, trying to sell GAZ memberships as well as water filters, and probably losing money on both.

5. What is GAZ’s BBB rating? B

6. How long has GAZ been in business? Since 2016

7. What is GAZ’s revenue? No numbers have been released about GAZ’s revenue.

8. How many GAZ distributors are there? 4,000+

9. What lawsuits have been filed? We found no lawsuits listed online.

10. Comparable companies: Enagic

Global Affiliate Zone (GAZ) says they can help you make money online. So should you get involved?

I’m not saying it’s not possible to make money with GAZ, but there are definitely better options out there…

Either way, here’s the full review on Global Affiliate Zone.

Overview

Julian Sherman and Mathieu Jang co-founded Global Affiliate Zone to help people like you make money online. GAZ is an “affiliate program” (MLM) that’s capitalizing on the popularity of internet marketing.

Their mission states…

Global Affiliate Zone is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive, up-to-date training coaching and resources to online entrepreneurs.

With Case studies from around the Globe its become obvious…

What we teach works.

Whether you’re just getting started online, or you’re a seasoned veteran the Global Affiliate Zone Community is here to help.

So, supposedly, you don’t even need to have extensive technical knowledge to learn from their program.

I’m skeptical, because if anyone could make money off internet marketing, everyone would be doing it.

There’s also little to no information on their website about the company itself, when or how they were founded, what experience their executives have, and what their revenue looks like.

They’re at 4,000 members and growing. [1] So, they’re not huge, but they’re moving up.

There are tons of internet marketers and affiliate sites out there trying to make money off the world wide web. However, most of them are failing.

But that is, after all, the basis for MLM in general. Most people fail, but a lucky few hit it big.

Products

Their product is a membership to Global Affiliate Zone, which is basically an internet marketing education program.

A membership costs $99 per month, and it includes:

  • Half-hour coaching call
  • 3-hour mentor training
  • Access to the private GAZ community
  • Team group chats
  • Weekly training
  • Capture pages
  • High converting offers (this is vague)
  • Auto-responders
  • Email leads
  • Coaching calls
  • Sales presentations and webinars for your leads

Basically, according to them, “We close sales for YOU!”

While $99/month isn’t cheap, it’s an amazing deal if they really do all of that for you. Mentorship and having a community of internet marketers at your fingers is invaluable — if it’s a quality community. From building your site to capturing leads to closing sales.

But on top of that, they supposedly take care of nearly everything for you. From building your site to capturing leads to closing sales…that’s a lot of service for under a hundo. But can they really do all of that for you?

I’m skeptical. If it sounds too good to be true, it often is.

At the time of writing this review, the link to “Get Started Now” with their affiliate program is coming up with a 404 error. [2] So basically, their own website is missing the most important link when it comes to closing a sale. Questionable.

Compensation Plan

There’s also no information on the compensation plan to be found on their website. Presumably, the idea is that affiliates make most of their money off their sales.

Ideally, the idea is that affiliates make most of their money off their own internet marketing, and some decent side money off the GAZ affiliate program. But there’s no evidence to show that that’s the case.

Affiliates do earn a commission on everyone they recruit to become a GAZ member through a basic tiered system, and they also earn commission on their downline. The exact amount isn’t specified.

Recap

If you’ve got a real interest in learning about internet marketing, this program is reasonably priced for all that they claim to provide.

Overall, their services include quite a bit.

But it’s really not clear as to how much they actually deliver once you’ve paid them. And competition for a piece of the internet marketing pie, a very over-saturated market, means that 99/100 people probably aren’t going to see loads of money, if any.

Look, I’ve been involved with network marketing for over ten years so I know what to look for when you consider a new opportunity.

After reviewing 200+ business opportunities and systems out there, here is the one I would recommend:

Just like amazon affiliates…they claim the same things and more..but do not deliver…so they all the same..collect fees quick then kick you out on your own and not help…

That hasn’t been my experience so far, though they do leave a lot initially to be a mystery and use standard brainwashing tactics to get people on board by talking about how much money they made nad get everyone excited. One woman I know who got me involved knows my team leader who said she made $22,000 in one month…now my friend is FRIENDS with this woman and she says it’s true and the potential for making a lot if there, but most people are skeptical and back out…that’s why most people aren’t doing it. They don’t actually think it could be that easy and I agree that I was kinda left in the dark and you also have to buy the product first, which they don’t tell you about until the very end, but they do offer financing for that and I genuinely want the product they are selling because it’s awesome and the highest quality water filters around, which are proven to help people who suffer from terminal illnesses by alkalizing their body…something all the ultra rationalist skeptics out there don’t believe, but all the sales people say they’ve watched their own family members, as well as their own health transform to incredible degrees, and they all seem like genuine people, so I’m going to give it a go. I have nothing to lose as I won the initial $150 for attending the webinar so didn’t even have to pay for the membership. The rewards and commission for simply placing ads and being a little fish hitching a ride on the bigger fishes backs is astounding. The skeptics can have their doubts…that’s part of what holds people back from abundance.

It should not be called “network marketing” or even be in the same sentence as network marketing, it is affilliate marketing and 99% internet based, spamming people through catchy landing pages to buy useless nicknacks…….some good some ordinary.
Network marketing to me is about building relationships, finding and solving problems for people through authentic connection, transforming their lives while constantly transforming yours, it’s about personal growth obtained through a huge focus on personal development, it’s having a genuine interest in others and a commitment to improving their well-being, it’s about being the happiest and healthiest version of yourself you can be so you can be an example and role model. It’s about offering a solution of physical, consumable products backed by science, giving physical results and transformations, having a notable impact on people’s lives that will have ripple effects for generations to come.

Affiliate marketing is hiding begind a computer, selling a coaching program to earn commission, sharing links to products you probably neither know or would use yourself, completely inauthentic with no intrinsic value – you are just a middle man earing a commission, flogging off a system to others to learn to do the same…..not really making an impact on humainty and not really contributing to make the world a happier, healthier place.

If you want to be in the business of Network Marketing, find an amazing line of products that give lasting results, where you can impact other’s lives, see their transformation before your eyes and know YOU helped make that happen, you introduced them to a system of products that lost them excess weight and gave them more energy so they can run around with their kids, they can now be an example and authentically share their results with others and earn an income from doing so too. It’s about being committed to 1 line of products and 1 company that is in the business of transforming lives…..not whoring to multiple companies sharing multiple products with no common result and products or services you probably wouldn’t use yourself.
We need more authenticity in this world and the more “Affiliate Marketing” companies/programs that spring up offereing an easy/simple/we do all the closing systems out there…..I feel we are losing touch with authenticity.
